Consistent with our denomination’s mantra, we want to be a group of individuals and a corporate church body who knows what the “Biblical majors” are and lives according to them. This will require a consistent personal and community evaluation of what God has told us matters most and a disciplined avoidance to not allow “Biblical minors” to rise to levels of priority and significance that they don’t deserve. Let’s look at four helpful categories into which we can place some of the current issues that we’re facing in our church, in our community, and in our country in these difficult days.
